Yes. We accept vector files (AI, EPS, high-resolution PDF) and high-definition bitmap files. If source files are unavailable, our team can handle the layout or create the artwork from scratch – a separate quote is provided in that case.
Lead times depend on quantity and complexity. Once the proof is approved, production is launched within 48 hours at our France facility. We provide a precise delivery date at order stage and accommodate your event deadlines.
Our on-site installation service is primarily based in metropolitan France. For events outside France, please contact us directly so we can discuss how to best support your project.
Yes. The vinyl we use is UV-treated and moisture-resistant. Inks are protected by a laminate layer that ensures durability and easy cleaning, even after multiple events.
