RMZ 450 GRAPHIC KIT

Showing all 4 resultsSorted by latest

Your RMZ 450 graphic kit is made to order in France, cut to the exact template of your bodywork generation. Premium vinyl 200-300 microns, fully customisable in colours, logos and race numbers – you approve the digital mock-up before any printing takes place. Four catalogue designs cover every model year from 2005 to 2026. Select your version below.

Since the first RM-Z450 launched in 2005 – the first Suzuki motocross with an aluminium twin-beam frame – the bike has gone through two major bodywork generations. Each graphic kit is engineered for one of these generations: a mismatched cut undermines both fitment and the final visual result. Identifying the right template is the first step before customising your bike.

Bodywork Generation and Template

The RM-Z450 has two key bodywork breaks. Knowing which one you have determines the correct graphic kit.

What sets the RMZ 450 apart

Single-cylinder 4-stroke DOHC 4-valve engine, 449 cc, liquid-cooled, 5-speed gearbox and electronic fuel injection. Bore x stroke: 95.5 x 62.8 mm on the 2005-2017 generation, 96.0 x 62.1 mm on the 2018-2026 generation. Power output varies by model year: approximately 58 hp on early versions (2007), around 50 hp on more recent ones (2020-2023). A pure competition machine, the RM-Z450 is not road-registered in standard form – it sits well outside A2 licence territory (power far exceeds the 35 kW/47.5 hp threshold and cannot be restricted to comply). Do not confuse it with the RM-Z250 (249 cc): bodywork panels are not interchangeable between the two, and neither are the graphic kits.

Model year compatibility

Generation 2008-2017: aluminium twin-spar frame, electronic fuel injection introduced from the 2008 model year. This bodywork covers ten model years.

Generation 2018-2025/2026: revised bodywork and updated frame. The earliest RM-Z450s (2005-2007) have their own template, predating both major series.

Which model year do you have?

If you are unsure which generation applies, the registration date is enough to decide. The Suzuki dirt bike graphic kits follow the same bodywork breaks across the entire Suzuki MX range. For a broader overview of all makes and disciplines, the dirt bike graphics hub lists every available category.

Custom Graphic Kits, Made in France

Every RMZ 450 graphic kit is produced individually after you approve your digital mock-up. There is no generic stock: each order starts from scratch.

Stock design or fully custom

You can choose from catalogue designs or build your own from the ground up: base colours, secondary panels, personal or club logos, race numbers, matt or gloss finish. A professional fitting service is available if you prefer to hand over the application. Other Suzuki models on the site – such as the 650 V Strom 2017-2022 graphic kit – show the same level of customisation offered across the full range.

4 designs available

Four catalogue designs are listed for the RMZ 450, covering different colour and finish combinations. Each design can be further adapted to your own visual identity through the configurator or on request.

Materials and Vinyl

The vinyl used is a cast film 200-300 microns thick, with anti-UV lamination to handle mud, debris and the thermal demands of intensive motocross riding. Professional-grade references include 3M, Hexis, Oracal and Avery – materials used in commercial signage and vehicle wrapping. Application is done with a squeegee, no additional adhesive required; the film is removable without leaving residue on original plastic panels.

To complete your build, helmet graphic kits are made using the same France-based production and the same premium vinyl. Suzuki riders looking for other models can also browse the V-Storm DL 1050 DE & RE 2020 graphic kit.

FAQ – RMZ 450 Graphic Kit

Does this kit fit all model years of the RM-Z450?

Graphic kits are available for all model years from 2005 to 2026. Each kit is cut to the specific bodywork generation – 2008-2017 or 2018-2025/2026 – to ensure a precise fit. Simply indicate your exact model year when ordering.

What is the difference between the 2008-2017 and 2018+ generations?

The 2008 break introduced electronic fuel injection alongside a restyled bodywork. The 2018 generation brought a further revised bodywork with an updated frame. Both changes altered the shape and dimensions of the plastic panels, making kits from each generation incompatible with the other.

Can I ride the RMZ 450 on an A2 licence?

No. The RM-Z450 is a pure competition machine, not road-registered in standard form. Its power output – approximately 50 to 58 hp depending on the model year – greatly exceeds the 35 kW/47.5 hp A2 ceiling. It cannot be restricted to meet that requirement either.

How many designs are available for the RMZ 450?

There are 4 catalogue designs for the RMZ 450. Each can be freely customised in colours, logos and race numbers, based on your mock-up approved before production begins.

Can I order a fully custom colour scheme, or do I have to pick from the catalogue?

Both options are open. You can select a catalogue design as-is or rework it entirely – background colours, race number, club logo, matt or gloss finish. The mock-up is submitted for your approval before the kit goes into production.

What materials are used for RMZ 450 graphic kits?

Kits are made from cast vinyl 200-300 microns thick with anti-UV lamination. Film references come from professional brands: 3M, Hexis, Oracal, Avery. Application uses a squeegee; the film is removable without residue on original plastic panels.
