Which Aprilia Models Are Covered Here?

This category covers the two flagship Aprilia road sportbikes: the RS 660, a mid-size parallel-twin built for road and track riding, and the RSV4, a V4 superbike with a full racing pedigree. Aprilia 50cc, Tuono and enduro models are not included in this selection.

Models available by series:

  • RS 660 : 2020 to present (659cc parallel-twin, 100 hp in 2024, 105 hp from 2025)
  • RSV4 : four bodywork generations from 2009 to present (999cc V4 in Gen 1-2, 1099cc from Gen 3 onwards)

Each model has a dedicated category page listing kits by generation and year. Find your model via the links in the compatibility section below. For a full overview of sportbike and road bike options across all brands, the sportbike and road bike graphics kits category is your starting point.

RS 660 and RSV4 Compatibility by Model Year

Aprilia graphics templates are model year specific – each bodywork generation requires its own set of cuts. Ordering the wrong generation template results in misaligned panels and improper fitment. The information below helps you identify the correct generation before ordering.

Aprilia RS 660 – 2020 Generation

The RS 660 was launched in 2020: a single fairing design covers model years 2020 to 2024, but the 2025 update introduced new aerodynamic winglets that may require a different template. If you own a 2025 RS 660 or RS 660 Factory, contact us before ordering to confirm template compatibility.

The RS 660 runs a 659cc parallel-twin engine with a 270-degree firing order, producing 100 hp in the 2024 model and 105 hp from the Euro 5+ compliant 2025 version. Bodywork across 2020-2024 is stable with no major panel redesign – one of the cleanest fairing lines in the mid-size sportbike segment. Browse available designs and colourways on the dedicated RS 660 2020-2024 graphics kit page.

Aprilia RSV4 – Four Generations of Bodywork

The RSV4 has gone through four distinct bodywork generations since 2009, each with fairing shapes incompatible with the others: knowing your model year before ordering is essential.

  • Gen 1 (2009-2014) : RSV4 R and Factory, 999cc 65-degree V4, the first production V4 from Aprilia. Original fairing with squared intakes and winglets.
  • Gen 2 (2015-2018) : RSV4 RR and RF, APRC electronics update, 201 hp on the RF. Refined fairing lines, more aggressive front end.
  • Gen 3 (2019-2020) : RSV4 1100 and 1100 Factory, 1078cc, 217 hp, electronic Ohlins suspension from 2020. Wider fairing to accommodate the larger engine.
  • Gen 4 (2021 onwards) : styling realigned with the RS 660 family, 1099cc, 217 hp, updated electronics, name simplified to RSV4.

Dedicated pages are available for the RSV4 2009-2014 graphics kit – first generation and the RSV4 2021 graphics kit – latest generation. Pages for the 2015-2018 and 2019-2020 generations are also available – use the subcategory navigation above to access them directly.

Custom Design, Made to Order in France

Every Aprilia graphics kit is made to order in France, in premium vinyl, from a template cut specifically for the exact model and generation – RS 660 2020-2024, RSV4 Gen 1, Gen 2, Gen 3 or Gen 4. This is not an off-the-shelf printed kit; each order begins with a design mockup sent for your approval before production starts.

Customisation options include colours, finishes (gloss, matt, satin, chrome effects), logos and race graphics. You can replicate an Aprilia factory-inspired tri-colour on your 2022 RS 660, or build a fully original livery for a 2021 RSV4 in matt black with red racing lines – the choice is entirely yours. Custom race numbers are also available as part of any kit. Delivery follows within a few days of proof approval. A professional fitting service is also available for riders who prefer a workshop installation.

Many Aprilia riders coordinate their bike and helmet graphics for a consistent look on track days. Our motorcycle helmet graphics kit range complements any Aprilia kit with matched colours and finishes.

Premium Vinyl Materials

Aprilia graphics kits are made from automotive-grade premium vinyl – brands including 3M, Hexis, Oracal and Avery Dennison – 200 to 300 microns thick depending on the application, with UV-resistant lamination to protect colour vibrancy on a sportbike fairing.

The UV laminate layer is the primary barrier against sun exposure, which is the main cause of colour fade on graphics kits in regular outdoor use. The material resists road spray, stone chips and wash cycles. Kits are removable without residue on a clean fairing, making them a reversible customisation option – useful if you plan to change design between seasons or before a resale.

Application is bubble-free at room temperature with a squeegee. For fairing sections with tight compound curves, a careful low-speed application or professional fitting avoids alignment issues.

FAQ – Aprilia Graphics Kit

Which Aprilia models are covered in this graphics kit category?

This category covers the RS 660 (all years from 2020 onwards) and the RSV4 (four generations from 2009 to present). Aprilia RS4 50/125, Tuono 660, RX/SX 50/125 and enduro models are not part of the Stickers Project catalogue.

Is there a difference in template between an RSV4 2015 and an RSV4 2021?

Yes, and it is significant. The RSV4 2015 belongs to Gen 2 (2015-2018) with a fairing shape that is incompatible with the Gen 4 (2021 onwards) design. The two generations share no common panel geometry. Always confirm your model year before ordering.

Are RS 660 2020 graphics kits compatible with the 2025 model?

Partially. The RS 660 2020-2024 uses a stable fairing design with no major panel changes across those years. The 2025 model introduced new aerodynamic winglets that may affect template fit. If you have a 2025 RS 660 or RS 660 Factory, contact us before ordering to confirm compatibility.

Can I replicate Aprilia factory colours (red-black, white-red) in a custom kit?

Yes. Factory-inspired colourways – including the classic red-black Aprilia racing livery or the white-red RS 660 palette – are available as a starting point. Colours, finishes and graphic placements can all be adjusted at the mockup stage. The final kit is always validated by you before production begins.

What is the difference between a semi-custom and a fully bespoke Aprilia graphics kit?

A semi-custom kit uses an existing design template with colour changes only. A fully bespoke kit is built from scratch: colours, graphics, logos and layout are all defined by you. Both options include a mockup approval step before any vinyl is cut.

How long does an Aprilia graphics kit last with regular road and track use?

Premium automotive vinyl from brands such as 3M, Hexis and Oracal maintains its colour and texture without fading or cracking over several years of outdoor use, provided the kit is cared for correctly – no high-pressure direct washing, no abrasive cleaning products. Longevity depends on riding conditions and maintenance habits.

Can I fit the graphics kit myself on an Aprilia?

Yes. Self-installation is accessible with the right tools: a squeegee, a gentle cleaning spray and a heat source such as a hair dryer. Fitting instructions are provided with every kit. For fairing sections with tight compound curves – particularly on the RSV4 – a professional installation avoids misalignment and trapped air bubbles.

What materials are used in an Aprilia graphics kit?

Kits are produced in premium automotive vinyl from brands including 3M, Hexis, Oracal and Avery Dennison. Thickness is 200 to 300 microns for road use, which offers a balance between scratch protection and ease of application. A UV-resistant laminate is applied over the printed layer to protect against sun exposure and colour fade.

Do Stickers Project kits cover the Tuono 660 or the RS4 50/125?

No. The current Stickers Project catalogue for Aprilia covers the RS 660 and the RSV4 only. The Tuono 660, RS4 50/125, RX/SX 50/125 and other Aprilia models are not currently included. Contact us if you are looking for a model not listed.

Can I order a kit based on a specific race livery or competition number?

Yes. Race-inspired liveries – including WorldSBK-style graphics or MotoGP colour references – can be built as a fully bespoke kit. Custom race number plates for the RS 660 or RSV4 are available as a standalone option or as part of a complete graphics kit. Provide your reference at the mockup stage.
