Showing all 4 resultsSorted by latest

Your KX 450 F graphic kit is made to order in France, cut to the exact template of your generation’s plastics. The premium vinyl used is 200 to 300 microns thick with anti-UV lamination, built to withstand the demands of competitive motocross riding. Every kit is 100% customisable: colours, sponsor logos, rider numbers, and matt or gloss finishes.

Four designs are available in the catalogue, and every order includes a proof validation before production begins. Select your model year below to browse the options that fit your KX 450 F exactly.

The KX 450 F template: a pure motocross Kawasaki

The KX 450 F is a competition-only motocross machine, not road-registered as standard. Its single-cylinder, four-stroke 449 cc liquid-cooled engine with electronic fuel injection delivers around 60 hp at 9,500 rpm depending on the model year. The frame is aluminium, with a weight of approximately 108 to 110 kg fully fuelled (2016 version). Showa suspension provides around 310 mm of front travel and 315 mm at the rear on that generation.

What sets the KX 450 F apart

The KX 450 F is built exclusively for competition. Its output of approximately 44 kW exceeds the A2 licence ceiling of 35 kW, and its power-to-weight ratio goes beyond the 0.2 kW/kg limit – it is not A2-eligible even in restricted form. This is a machine for experienced riders, designed for the track, with plastics that change with each chassis generation.

Model year compatibility

The KX 450 F has been in production since 2006. Successive chassis evolutions and Showa SFF fork upgrades have produced several distinct plastic generations, each requiring a different template – for example, the 2019-2023 and 2024-2026 generations do not share the same kit layout. Selecting your exact year at the time of order is essential for a perfect fit.

If you also ride other Kawasaki competition bikes, our catalogue covers the KX 250 F GRAPHIC KIT and the KX 85 GRAPHIC KIT. All Kawasaki dirt bike references are listed on the Kawasaki brand hub.

Custom designs, made in France

Every KX 450 F graphic kit is produced in France on a made-to-order basis. Nothing is pre-printed and stocked: your order goes into production only after you have approved the digital proof. This step ensures the final result matches your expectations before any vinyl is cut.

Standard design or fully custom

You can start from a standard design in the range or go fully custom: free colour choice, sponsor logos, rider numbers, matt or gloss finish – whatever fits your style. Materials and vinyl: built for motocross

KX 450 F graphic kits are made from 200 to 300 micron vinyl from trusted brands including 3M, Hexis, Oracal and Avery. Anti-UV lamination is applied to the surface to protect colours against weather and dirt exposure during training sessions. Application is done with a squeegee on clean, degreased plastics – the kit remains removable and leaves no residue on original parts.

FAQ – KX 450 F

Is the graphic kit compatible with all KX 450 F model years?

Not with a single universal template. The KX 450 F plastics have changed with each chassis generation. You must select your exact model year when ordering so the kit is cut to the right template – for instance, the 2019-2023 and 2024-2026 generations use different layouts and are not interchangeable.

What is the difference between a KX 450 F kit and a KX 250 F kit?

The templates differ between the two models, even though their styling is similar across certain years. The KX 450 F (449 cc) and the KX 250 F do not share the same plastics, so their graphic kits cannot be swapped. Always choose the kit that matches your exact model.

Is the KX 450 F eligible for an A2 licence?

No. The KX 450 F is a pure motocross bike, not road-registered. Its output of approximately 44 kW exceeds the A2 ceiling of 35 kW, and its power-to-weight ratio goes beyond the regulatory limit. It is not A2-eligible, even in restricted form.

How many designs are available for the KX 450 F?

The catalogue lists 4 designs for the KX 450 F. Each design can be ordered in a standard colourway or fully customised with your own colours and logos.

Can I choose colours that differ from the original Kawasaki livery?

Yes, completely. Customisation is unrestricted: you are not limited to factory Kawasaki colours. Colours, sponsor logos, rider numbers and finishes (matt or gloss) can all be changed, with a proof sent for approval before production begins.

What materials are used in the graphic kit?

The kit is made from 200 to 300 micron vinyl from specialist brands including 3M, Hexis, Oracal and Avery. Anti-UV lamination is built in to protect colour durability under motocross conditions. The kit is applied with a squeegee and remains fully removable.
