Kawasaki motocross graphic kits in this category cover the KX 85, KX 250 F and KX 450 F series. Every kit is made to order in France in premium vinyl (3M, Hexis, Oracal) with a template cut to your exact model year. Full personalisation: free colour choice, race numbers, team branding, artwork proof before production.
Whether you race club-level MX, train weekly on a private track or simply ride for the pleasure of it, our Kawasaki KX graphics give your bike a professional finish. Browse the three dedicated model categories below, or read on for full details on materials, personalisation options and fitting.
This category covers three Kawasaki motocross series: the KX 85 two-stroke for junior riders, the KX 250 F four-stroke 250 cc competition machine, and the KX 450 F four-stroke 450 cc high-performance bike. Each series has its own dedicated category with kits sorted by model year.
The KX 85 has been in continuous production since 2001, with a major restyle in 2014 (engine, suspension and styling). The 84 cc liquid-cooled two-stroke remains a staple of junior competition. Browse the KX 85 graphic kit category for all available designs.
The KX 250 F has gone through eight major bodywork generations since its 2004 launch – from the carburetted first generation through to the 2025 frame redesign (renamed KX250 from 2019). Templates are not interchangeable between generations. Find your year on the KX 250 F graphic kit page.
The KX 450 F has been produced since 2006, with five distinct generations including a 2019 redesign that introduced electric start and dropped the kick starter (renamed KX450). The 2019-onwards bodywork is incompatible with earlier KX 450 F templates. Explore options on the KX 450 F graphic kit page.
This category covers motocross and dirt bike models only. For Kawasaki street and sport bikes (Z900, ZX-10R, Ninja), see our Kawasaki road and sports bike graphics category.
Every Kawasaki MX graphic kit is produced to order in France, using a template designed specifically for your model and model year’s plastics, in premium vinyl (3M, Hexis, Oracal, Avery Dennison) at 200 to 300 microns thickness. No pre-stock, no generic prints shipped from a warehouse.
Because KX bodywork has changed significantly across generations – the KX 250 F alone had eight distinct frame and fairing configurations between 2004 and 2025 – using a year-specific template is the only way to guarantee precise cuts and clean panel alignment. Before production starts, an artwork proof is sent to the rider for visual approval. Nothing goes into production without a confirmed sign-off.
Our dirt bike and trail graphic kits range covers multiple brands and models, all produced under the same made-to-order French manufacturing process.
Kawasaki MX graphic kits are produced in thick vinyl that withstands abrasion, stone chips and high-pressure washing, with UV lamination that keeps colours vivid through seasons of riding. Off-road plastics take hard hits, regular mud packing and repeated power-washing – standard thin decorative films are simply not suited to this environment.
Vinyl at 200 to 300 microns provides a real protective layer over the plastics, not just a cosmetic finish. UV lamination keeps colour integrity under direct sun, which is the primary cause of graphic fade during the outdoor MX season (peak March to June). Kits are removable without residue on clean, undamaged plastics, preserving the resale value of the bike.
Kawasaki MX graphic kit personalisation is unrestricted: free colour choice, race number integrated into the design, team or sponsor logo, matte or gloss finish to suit the rider’s preference. You are not limited to Kawasaki Lime Green – any colour palette is available.
Race numbers can be set in regulatory format or styled freely, with a coordinated number board background to match the overall kit design. Team or sponsor branding is integrated on request. A 2019-2024 KX 250 F in Lime Green with race number 86, or a KX 85 in full club team colours – the design is entirely yours to define.
For riders who also want a matching lid, our motorbike helmet graphic kits offer coordinated bike-and-helmet personalisation in the same made-in-France process.
This category covers three Kawasaki MX series: the KX 85 (84 cc two-stroke, junior class), the KX 250 F (249 cc four-stroke, MX2 class, renamed KX250 from 2019), and the KX 450 F (449 cc four-stroke, MX1 class, renamed KX450 from 2019). Each model has a dedicated child category with kits sorted by generation and model year.
No. The KX 250 F / KX250 bodywork changed significantly across its seven major generations since 2004. A 2019-2024 kit is not compatible with a 2013-2016 kit, for example. Always select the kit designed for your specific model year to ensure precise panel alignment and clean cut lines.
Eight major generations: 2004-2005 (carburetted), 2006-2008 (new alloy frame), 2009-2010 (full redesign), 2011-2012 (DFI fuel injection), 2013-2016 (new chassis and electronics), 2017-2020 (engine and suspension updates), 2021-2024 (all-new frame, bodywork and electric start), and 2025 (new frame layout, centralised mass). Each generation has incompatible bodywork. Templates are created and maintained for every generation.
Yes. The 2019 redesign that introduced electric start and removed the kick starter also brought a new frame and bodywork layout. A kit made for a 2016-2018 KX 450 F will not fit a 2019-2023 KX450 correctly. Note also that the 2024 KX450 received a full redesign (new engine, frame and bodywork), making 2024-onwards templates incompatible with the 2019-2023 generation. The model was renamed KX450 (F suffix dropped) from 2019.
Yes. Kawasaki Lime Green is available as a base colour, accent or full finish across all KX models. The shade is matched to the Kawasaki factory colour reference. It can be combined with black, white or any other custom colour, in gloss or matte finish.
Yes, in three ways. First, templates are built from precise measurements of each model year’s plastics – not from generic CAD data. Second, production is on demand, meaning no ageing pre-printed stock. Third, quality control happens before and after cutting, with an artwork proof approved by the rider before production starts.
Kits are produced in premium vinyl from 3M, Hexis, Oracal or Avery Dennison, at 200 to 300 microns thickness for standard motocross use. Some specialist off-road ranges reach 550 microns for enhanced impact protection. A UV-resistant laminate is applied over the print to protect colour integrity against sun exposure, mud and high-pressure washing.
Remove the plastics from the bike for a clean working surface. Clean with isopropyl alcohol to remove all grease, wax or mud residue. Apply at room temperature using a squeegee to eliminate air bubbles, working from the centre outwards. A heat source (hair dryer or heat gun on low) helps vinyl conform to curved sections. Detailed fitting instructions are included with every kit.
Yes, to a meaningful degree. Vinyl at 200 to 300 microns adds a sacrificial layer over the plastics that absorbs light scratches, stone chips and abrasion from brush or track debris. It does not protect against heavy impact damage or structural cracks. UV lamination also prevents surface degradation from UV exposure, which can otherwise make plastics brittle over time.
No. This category is dedicated to Kawasaki motocross and dirt bike models only (KX 85, KX 250 F, KX 450 F). For Kawasaki street, naked and sport bikes including the Z900, Z800, Z650, ZX-10R and Ninja series, see our dedicated Kawasaki road and sports bike graphics category.
