100% custom Made-in-France graphics

Every Kawasaki graphics kit is produced to order in France, using premium automotive vinyl cut to the exact template of your model and year. This is not a pre-printed generic kit shipped from a warehouse. Each order starts with a design mockup sent for your approval before production begins.

Customization options cover colors, finishes (gloss, satin, matte), logos and graphics layouts. You can replicate the iconic Kawasaki Lime Green, go full racing black, or build something entirely your own. A Z900 2022 Gen 2 in custom Lime Green with satin finish, or a Z800 2014 in matte black with white racing lines – the design is yours to define.

The street and sport bike graphics kits range also includes options for helmet decoration – see our motorcycle helmet graphics for a coordinated bike and helmet look.

French manufacturing brings precision on cuts and color fills that mass-produced printed kits cannot match.

Model year compatibility

Kawasaki graphic kits are model year specific because each generation has a different fairing shape. Check the generation that matches your bike before ordering – installing a Gen 1 kit on a Gen 2 frame will result in misaligned cuts and poor fitment.

Z900 model years

  • Gen 1 (2017-2019) : original fairing design, no electronic rider aids beyond ABS
  • Gen 2 (2020-2024) : restyled fairing, full LED lighting, TFT color dash, traction control, seat height 820mm. SE version (2022+) with adjustable KYB fork and Öhlins S46 rear shock
  • 2025 : Euro5+ updates

Find compatible kits on the Z900 2017-2019 graphics kit and Z900 2020 graphics kit pages.

Z650 model years

Our catalogue covers the Gen 2 (2020+) with dedicated templates for the redesigned “Sugomi” fairing (LED headlight, sharper lines, wider radiator scoops). For Gen 1 (2017-2019), please contact us directly.

Browse available designs on the Z650 2020 graphics page.

Z800 model years

The Z800 was produced from 2013 to 2016 (discontinued, replaced by the Z900). One fairing generation across all production years. Graphics kits remain available for all Z800 model years. Explore options on the Z800 2013-2016 graphics kit page.

ZX-10R, ZX-6R and Ninja 400

Each model has a dedicated page with kits by generation. The ZX-10R spans three distinct fairing generations (2011-2015, 2016-2020, 2021-2025) with separate templates for each. Start with the ZX-10R 2021 graphics page.

Premium vinyl – quality and durability

Kawasaki graphics kits are printed on premium automotive vinyl (200 to 300 microns thickness for road use) from brands such as 3M, Hexis and Oracal, protected with a UV-resistant laminate. This material combination offers scratch resistance against road debris and color stability over multi-year outdoor use. High-quality vinyl films maintain their color and texture without fading or cracking over several years under normal riding conditions.

Application is bubble-free when done at room temperature with a squeegee. Kits are removable without residue on clean fairings, which makes them a reversible customization option. For complex fairing curves, a slow and careful application or professional install avoids alignment issues.

The UV laminate layer protects against sun exposure, which is the primary cause of color fade on graphics kits in regular outdoor use.

FAQ – Kawasaki street and sport bike graphics

Which Kawasaki sport and street models are covered in this category?

This category covers the full Kawasaki street, naked and sport range: Z900, Z800, Z650, Z400, Z1000, ZX-10R, ZX-6R and Ninja 400. No motocross or off-road models are included in this section.

Are the Z900 Gen 1 (2017-2019) and Gen 2 (2020+) kits interchangeable?

No. The Gen 1 and Gen 2 Z900 have different fairing shapes and require separate templates. A Gen 1 kit will not fit properly on a Gen 2 bike. Always select the kit that matches your specific model year.

Which Z650 generation is covered in the catalogue?

Our catalogue covers the Gen 2 (2020+) with dedicated templates for the redesigned fairing. For Gen 1 (2017-2019), please contact us directly.

Is the Z800 still available as a discontinued model?

Yes. Although the Z800 was discontinued after 2016, graphics kits for all production years (2013-2016) remain available. Discontinuation of the motorcycle does not affect kit availability.

Can I get the Kawasaki Lime Green color in a custom kit?

Yes. Kawasaki Lime Green is available as a color option across all models. It can be used as a base color, paired with secondary colors, or applied in a specific finish (gloss or satin). The exact shade is matched to the Kawasaki factory color reference.

What is the difference between a semi-custom and a full custom kit?

A semi-custom kit uses an existing design template with color changes only. A full custom kit is built from scratch: colors, graphics, logos and layout are all defined by the customer. Both options go through a mockup approval step before production.

How long do the graphics last outdoors?

Premium vinyl from 3M, Hexis or Oracal maintains color and texture without fading or cracking over several years of outdoor use, provided the kit is maintained properly (no high-pressure direct wash, no abrasive products). Longevity depends on riding conditions and maintenance habits.

Can I install the kit myself?

Yes. Installation is accessible to a non-professional with the right tools: a squeegee, a cleaning spray and a heat source (hair dryer). Installation instructions are included. For fairings with tight curves or complex shapes, professional installation avoids misalignment and air bubbles.
