YZF 250 GRAPHIC KIT

Showing all 4 resultsSorted by latest

Every YZF 250 graphic kit is cut to a generation-specific template, manufactured in France to order, using premium vinyl between 200 and 300 microns thick. No off-the-shelf stock: every order starts with a digital proof validated with you before production begins, so the finished kit is 100% yours. Four designs are available – select your generation below.

The catalogue covers both main generations of the YZ250F: the 2019-2023 generation and the 2024+ generation (revised platform, updated chassis, engine displacement of 250 cc). These two generations use different bodywork profiles – choosing the correct template is essential for a precise fit.

Which YZF 250 generation do you ride?

The Yamaha YZF 250 comes in two distinct template families from 2019 onwards. Graphic kits are not interchangeable between generations: a 2019-2023 cut will not fit a 2024+ model, and vice versa.

What sets the YZ250F apart by generation

The 2019-2023 YZ250F is powered by a liquid-cooled, fuel-injected DOHC single-cylinder 4-stroke 250 cc engine with 4 valves and a 5-speed gearbox – a unit well regarded for its strong low-to-mid-range torque. The 2024+ generation brings a major chassis redesign and a 250 cc engine, tuned for more torque and power in the mid and upper rev range. Yamaha does not publish an official power figure for this motocross competition machine. The YZF 250 is a 100% off-road motocross competition machine and is not road-registered.

Supported model years

The catalogue covers the following years:

– 2019-2023 generation: shared template across this period

– 2024+ generation: revised template (updated chassis and bodywork 2024-2025-2026)

If your bike is a 2024 model or later, you must select the new-generation cut. If you are unsure of your exact model year, a photo of the bodywork is enough to confirm the correct template before ordering.

Custom graphics – made in France to order

Every YZF 250 graphic kit is produced to order at our workshop in France. No kit is dispatched without a digital design proof reviewed and approved by the customer first.

Standard designs and full custom options

Four graphic designs are listed in the catalogue. Each can be supplied as shown or fully customised: colour choices (Pantone or RAL reference on request), personal or club logos, rider numbers, and matte or gloss finishes. A fitting service is also available on request – a technician handles the application to ensure a bubble-free, wrinkle-free result.

4 designs in the catalogue

The 4 YZF 250 designs range from competition-style graphics to near-factory colourways, with clean or aggressive options to suit your preference. Every order is handled individually, with a proof sent before cutting begins.

Materials and vinyl

Every YZF 250 graphic kit uses premium vinyl with a thickness of 200 to 300 microns, finished with an anti-UV laminate that protects against mud, abrasion and sunlight over a full season of racing. Raw materials come from 3M, Hexis, Oracal and Avery – industry-standard suppliers known for their durability in competition conditions. The vinyl is applied using a squeegee with no additional adhesive, and remains removable without leaving any residue on the original bodywork.

To complete your setup, helmet graphic kits are available in the same made-to-order approach, with the same premium vinyl and proof validation process.

FAQ – YZF 250 Graphic Kit

Is the graphic kit compatible with all YZF 250 model years?

The catalogue offers two separate templates: 2019-2023 and 2024+. Each template is cut to match the bodywork profiles specific to its period. Selecting the correct generation at the time of ordering is essential for a precise, gap-free fit.

What is the difference between the 2019-2023 and 2024+ templates?

The 2024 YZ250F received a major chassis redesign, which resulted in revised front, side and rear bodywork shapes. A 2019-2023 graphic kit will not align with the new-generation panels – the two templates are not interchangeable and must not be swapped between generations.

Does the YZF 250 require an A2 licence to ride?

No. The YZF 250 is a 100% off-road motocross competition bike – it is not road-registered and requires neither registration documents nor a licence to use on a circuit or private land. The A2 licence category does not apply to this model.

How many graphic designs are available for the YZF 250?

The catalogue currently offers 4 graphic designs for the YZF 250. Each design can be ordered as shown or fully customised with your own colours, logos, and rider numbers.

Can I get factory Yamaha colours or choose entirely custom ones?

Both options are available. You can choose a colourway close to the factory Yamaha scheme, or work from a completely custom palette. In either case, a digital proof is validated with you before any cutting or production takes place.

What materials are used in the YZF 250 graphic kits?

The kits are produced from premium vinyl between 200 and 300 microns thick, with an anti-UV laminate. Raw materials are sourced from 3M, Hexis, Oracal and Avery. The vinyl is applied with a squeegee and is fully removable without damaging the original bodywork.
