Unlike road motorcycles, a KTM Cross/Trail endures: mud, boots, stones, engine heat and frequent disassembly.
Our kits are designed with this logic in mind:Resistant, easy to install or replace and above all, vibrant colors with our “KTM orange”.
Technical characteristics:
- Polymer vinyl + lamination : UV resistant, abrasions, high pressure washing.
- Reinforced glue for perfect hold.
- Repositionable adhesive : adjustable at first, stable afterwards.
- Effective protection against scratches, sand, stones, friction from boots/bags.
Whether you ride in KTM EXC 300 TPI, 450 SX-F, or 890 Adventure, our kits follow the original KTM curves.

Each customization is visually validated before production to ensure contrast, consistency and alignment.

Application & maintenance
Installation :
- Degrease plastics (isopropyl alcohol).
- Place between 18–25°C.
- Apply from the center outwards, squeegee provided.
- Lightly heat rounded plastics (tank, scoops).
After installation:
- Let it rest 24 hours without driving.
- Gentle wash after 48–72 hours.
Field maintenance:
- High pressure possible (never directly on the edges).
- Resists sand, mud, gasoline, heat.
- Clean with clean water or mild soap to preserve matte/shiny.
