Each panel, tank section and rear cowl is matched to the original plastics – no trimming, no guesswork during fitting.
Premium vinyl 200-300 microns thick, UV-laminated and 100% customisable – colours, logos, race numbers, matte or gloss finishes. Three base designs are available in the catalogue; pick one as-is or use it as a starting point for something entirely your own. Select your design below.
The 2017 refresh brought the V-Strom 650 closer to its bigger sibling, the V-Strom 1000, with a more pronounced trail-adventure silhouette: redesigned front beak, angular side panels, revised instrumentation. Under the bodywork, the V-Twin 645 cc engine derived from the SV650 was reworked to deliver more low-end torque while producing 71 hp (approximately 53 kW). The aluminium frame keeps weight down and the 20-litre tank provides solid range on the road. Traction control monitors both wheel speeds continuously and adjusts power via the electronic injection system. The 6-speed gearbox and liquid cooling complete a versatile trail profile appreciated as much for daily commuting as for touring.

A kit ordered for a 2017 fits a 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 or 2022 without modification. Every graphic kit can be configured from one of the catalogue base designs: choose from the 3 available options or take a base and change the colours, finishes (matte, gloss, chrome effect), brand logos, race numbers or graphic layouts. Everything is produced to order in our French workshop – no pre-made stock. A digital mockup is submitted to you for approval before production begins; you confirm or request revisions before a single piece of vinyl is cut. The DL650 produces 71 hp (approximately 53 kW) in standard form, which exceeds the A2 licence limit of 35 kW. However, it can be restricted to A2-compliant power output via a manufacturer-approved kit fitted by a certified dealer. A rider on an A2 licence can therefore own one as long as the bike has been properly restricted.
