Every kit is made to order in France on the precise template of the first-generation 390 Adventure – the lightweight road and trail version produced from 2020 to 2024, before the R/X redesign. The kit covers the key surfaces of your bike: the double-headlight front fairing, screen, tank and side panels. Every piece is plotter-cut on the official template for this generation, so fitting is clean with no adjustment needed. You approve the mockup before production starts – nothing goes to print without your sign-off.
The first-generation KTM 390 Adventure runs a 373 cc single-cylinder engine producing 32 kW (43-44 hp) at 8,800 rpm and 37 Nm at 7,000 rpm. It qualifies for an A2 licence without restriction – its stock output is below 35 kW. The WP APEX 43 mm upside-down fork delivers 170 mm of travel at the front and 177 mm at the rear, drawn from KTM’s enduro DNA. A 19-inch front wheel, 17-inch rear and an 855 mm seat height define the compact format of this entry-level adventure bike.
This generation shares identical fairings across the full 2020-2024 run: one template fits every bike produced in that window. Whether your 390 Adventure rolled out of the factory in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 or 2024, the graphic kit fits perfectly without any modification.

Every kit starts from a catalogue design that you can adapt freely: colours, logos, race numbers, gloss or matt finish. Want a colourway that does not exist in the catalogue? Send your brief and a bespoke mockup is created for your 390 Adventure specifically. Three designs are available for the 390 Adventure 2020-2024. Each reflects a different graphic direction – from a reimagined KTM Racing livery to a subtle trail colourway. Browse the options below and select the one that fits your style.
The vinyl used is 200 to 300 microns thick depending on the panel, with anti-UV lamination to withstand sun exposure and pressure washing. Films are sourced from professional brands including 3M, Hexis, Oracal and Avery – vinyls used in professional signage for their long-term durability. Application is by squeegee onto clean, degreased plastics. The kit is removable and leaves no residue on the original bodywork.
