The 2019-2020 generation covers two versions of the Aprilia V4: the RSV4 RR (999 cc, 201 hp) and the RSV4 1100 Factory (1078 cc, 217 hp at 13,200 rpm). Both share the same fairing, so a single graphic template covers both engine sizes. The 1100 Factory reaches 1078 cc through a bore increase from 78 to 81 mm, with the stroke unchanged at 52.3 mm. The engine is a 65-degree longitudinal V4, DOHC with 16 valves, liquid-cooled – an architecture unique to Aprilia. The APRC electronic suite (traction control, anti-wheelie, Cornering ABS) is standard, with an optional datalogger on the Factory.

RSV4 2019-2020 graphic kits are produced using premium vinyl between 200 and 300 microns thick. This grade of vinyl provides resistance to impact and light abrasion while remaining flexible enough to follow the curves of the Aprilia fairing without bubbling.
