The fit follows the new 2025 fairings exactly, with no gaps or misaligned edges between panels.

The KTM 390 Adventure 2025 introduces the LC4c engine, a liquid-cooled single-cylinder enlarged to 398.7 cc (up from 373 cc on the 2020-2024 generation). Power output reaches 44 hp at 8,500 rpm with a torque figure of 39 Nm at 7,000 rpm. A balancer shaft reduces vibration and the assisted clutch lightens the lever feel on road and off. The front end has been fully redesigned with a new-generation LED headlight unit, which means the fairing geometry is entirely different from the previous series – our 2025 templates are built specifically for this bodywork.

Every 390 Adventure 2025 graphic kit is produced to order from our workshop in France. The 3 catalogue designs offer a ready-made starting point with colour combinations matched to the LC4c bodywork. The fully custom route goes further: you define your own colours, add a club or sponsor logo, include race numbers, and choose your finish – matt, gloss, or satin. A fitting service is also available if you would rather have the kit applied professionally.
The range includes 3 designs for the KTM 390 Adventure 2025. Each design can be ordered as shown or used as the base for a fully personalised build. A digital proof is submitted for your approval before any cutting starts – nothing goes into production without your sign-off.
The vinyl used for the 390 Adventure 2025 graphic kits is 200 to 300 microns thick – robust enough to handle gravel strikes, vegetation contact, and temperature swings during trail riding. An anti-UV lamination layer is applied on top to keep colours sharp over time. Our stock covers professional-grade ranges from 3M, Hexis, Oracal, and Avery, all widely used in vehicle graphics and motorcycle personalisation. Application is done with a soft squeegee: no permanent adhesive is involved, so the vinyl remains removable and leaves no residue on original plastic panels.
