Every kit is made in France to order, using premium 200-300 micron vinyl with anti-UV lamination, and delivered after you have approved your personalised proof.
Three designs are available for this model. Colours, logos, rider numbers and finishes are fully customisable. Select your design below to start your configuration.
The template for this graphic kit is built for the first-generation Adventure R with the LC8c parallel twin engine – an inline 4-stroke, liquid-cooled, dual overhead cam with 4 valves per cylinder. The painted surfaces and plastic panels covered are identical between the 790 Adventure R (799 cc, 95 hp) and the 890 Adventure R (889 cc, 105 hp): one kit fits both engine sizes.
The 790-890 Adventure R is an off-road-oriented adventure trail bike with no fairing commonality with the Duke 790-890 range. The long-travel WP Xplor suspension, 21-inch front wheel and upright riding position mean the surfaces to be covered are entirely different from those of the roadster. An Adventure R graphic kit cannot be adapted to a Duke, and vice versa.
On the engine side, the 790 Adventure R produces 95 hp at 8,000 rpm and 88 Nm at 6,600 rpm. The 890 Adventure R raises those figures to 105 hp and 100 Nm thanks to a larger bore and stroke along with Euro 5 compliance. The fairing, however, remains the same across both versions.
This kit covers the 790 Adventure R (2019-2020) and the 890 Adventure R (2021-2022). The 2023 version of the 790, manufactured by CFMoto, introduced a revised fairing and falls outside the scope of this reference. If your bike carries a 2023 or later model year, please contact us before ordering.

Every graphic kit is produced to order from our workshop in France. You choose your colours from our colour chart, add your own logos, include a rider number and select a matte, gloss or satin finish. If you prefer to start from scratch rather than adapt an existing design, our custom design service handles your project from the initial visual brief through to proof approval.

Three designs are available for the KTM 790-890 Adventure R 2018-2022, each fully customisable in colours, finishes and graphic elements. A proof of your exact configuration is sent to you for approval before production begins.
The vinyl used is a premium calendered vinyl with a thickness of 200 to 300 microns, sourced from manufacturers including 3M, Hexis, Oracal or Avery depending on the reference. An anti-UV lamination is applied to every panel to protect colours from mud, debris and sun exposure in both trail and road conditions.
Application is done with a squeegee on clean, dry plastic panels – no cutting or heat gun required. The vinyl is repositionable during application and removable without residue from a fairing in good condition. If you are also customising your helmet, our helmet graphic kits use the same materials and the same proof approval process.
Yes. The fairing of the 790 Adventure R (2019-2020) and the 890 Adventure R (2021-2022) is identical across the covered period. A single template fits both versions, regardless of engine size (799 cc or 889 cc).
The 790 Adventure relaunched in 2023 is built by CFMoto and features a revised fairing that is not compatible with this kit. If your bike is a 2023 model year or newer, please contact us to check compatibility before ordering.
The 790 Adventure R can be restricted to 35 kW using the factory restrictor kit, making it eligible for the A2 licence category. The 890 Adventure R cannot be brought down to 35 kW and therefore does not qualify under A2 rules.
