Which CRF 250 Generation Do You Have?

The Honda CRF 250 R was launched in 2004. It received its first major redesign in 2010 (new chassis and engine from the ground up), a significant evolution in 2015-2017, then a further overhaul from 2018 onwards with a completely redesigned DOHC engine (twin-shaft layout) and chassis. From 2022, the current generation shares the platform introduced on the CRF 450 R 2021.

Materials and Vinyl: What Goes on Your CRF 250

Stickers Project graphic kits are produced on premium vinyl ranging from 200 to 300 microns thick, sourced from professional brands including 3M, Hexis, Oracal and Avery. A UV-resistant laminate is applied over the print to protect colours against sun exposure and the mud and abrasion typical of motocross use.

Application is done with a squeegee – no specialist tools required. A fitting guide is included with every order. The vinyl is repositionable for a few seconds after application, then bonds permanently. The kit is also removable if you sell the bike or want to change the graphics, with no adhesive residue left on the original plastics.
